  • Identification Data: For SIA and other regulated courses, we are required to collect proof of identity (such as passport details, driving licence numbers) and proof of address.

  • Financial Data: Includes bank account and payment card details.

  • Transaction Data: Includes details about payments to and from you and other details of courses you have purchased from us.

  • Technical Data: Includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and operating system and platform on the devices you use to access this website.

  • Awarding Bodies: To process your qualifications, we must share your data with organisations such as Highfield (HABC), Qualsafe Awards (QA), or other relevant accrediting bodies for the specific course you attend.

  • Regulators: The Security Industry Authority (SIA) and other relevant authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

  • Service Providers: IT and system administration services.

  • Professional Advisers: Including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.

  • HM Revenue & Customs: Regulators and other authorities based in the UK who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
